Marketing Coordinator
I have been part of marketing efforts supporting the Division by managing inventory home programs, optimizing data visibility, and driving lead development strategies. I created and maintained data-driven reports, executed SEO strategies for home listings, and sourced vendors for initiatives like the division's first closing gift program. My role involved cross-functional collaboration, marketing project coordination, Data mining, Data analysis, and implementing campaigns that enhanced visibility, engagement, and customer experience.
DECODE MarTek Intern

Worked in web publishing up to 150 weekly, from web auditing to website creation on AEM. Also learned and dove into SEO best practices. Collected data from Hubspot for the monthly DECODE Newsletter for analysis. I worked on websites like Adobe Web Experience, Hubspot, and Asana Project Management.
PSP (Professional Sports Partners) Branding Intern
Aggressively pursued data through intelligence platforms such as Sponsorship United and online research. - I also created Sports Briefs and Research for sales or brand leadership (Include Data, Competitive Analysis, Market Research, Blog posts, and copywriting). Set up activations Sheet set up – organize collateral, track time of set up and break-down of activations, and POC for partnerships with teams or organizations in activations. Organize and track digital partnership entitlements, paid ads, digital ads, and signage. - Social Tracker for Mattress Firm and partners (Houston Texans, UofH Athletics, and Sacramento Kings)
HCHCA (Harris County Houston Sports Authority) Marketing Intern
Update and edit on Photoshop Houston Happenings, an ongoing social media-themed post on sporting events in the Houston Area. - Written Articles for the HCSA monthly newsletter, summarizing the community and shareholders of events promoted and operated by HCHSA. - Collect content and data during events (National Battle of the Bands, Houston Sports Hall of Fame, Abilities in Motion). - Shadow on sight visit for College Football Playoff to see potential opportunities for sponsorship and event locations. Set up and work promo activation at Fiesta Patria to collect data on potential markets and volunteers in the Latino community.

Group project simulating an advertising contract and researching Target Audience Media Planning
Managed Media Budget and used Excel to input data, SWOT analysis, flow charts, and owned, paid, and earned media.
